“My dad and I hired Amanda for our father / daughter dance for my wedding which also led me and my husband hiring her for our first dance as well. Words cant even describe how amazing Amanda is! My dad and I knew we wanted to do a slow dance with a fun surprise dance for a long time and Amanda helped us bring that vision to life. We didn't even know where to begin and she took all the stress and worry away. We had so much fun meeting weekly to practice our dance and going to our lessons with Amanda. She was so patient with us and also made the lessons so much fun. We were always laughing and having the best time. Our father / daughter dance was the biggest hit and everyone was completely shocked at the choreography. This was definitely such a memorable experience for me and my dad that we will never forget. My husband and I also loved our lessons with Amanda. This gave us time to de-stress from the wedding and just enjoy something together that was fun and brought us closer during the weeks leading up. We felt so confident for our first dance and all our family and friends couldn't stop talking about how much they loved our dances. Our dances were definitely one of the highlights of the night and still one of my favorite memories from our wedding day. We are so thankful for Amanda during the entire process and are excited to recommend her to our friends. She provides an amazing and fun service for your wedding day and is so worth it! “We were about 5 months out from our wedding when we chose our first dance song (Nobody's Love by Maroon 5) and we realized we had NO clue how to dance to it. It's a bit of an unusual tempo for a first dace song and we had no clue what to do. I found Amanda on Instagram and I'm so happy I did. My husband and I have zero dance experience but Amanda made it really easy! She took her time with us & had soooo much patience when we had to ask her over and over which foot goes where! lol I was a little nervous about a choreographed dance feeling over produced or a little cheesy, but it didn't look or feel that way one bit with Amanda. She tailored the dance specifically to us, and our skill/comfort level. She was an excellent communicator and made sure we felt good with every new move she gave us. We had so so so much fun taking lessons with her. It was easily one of if not THE best decision we made in the wedding planning process. It gave the two of us something fun & different to do during a somewhat stressful time of planning. We really looked forward to our lessons and were sad when it was over! We had a wonderful first dance the day of the wedding and have amazing photos (included) because of it! We otherwise probably would have just swayed back and forth awkwardly! lol I cannot recommend Amanda enough, truly. I think this is something every couple should do!”

“Leading up to my wife and I's wedding, which was in June of 2022, I was tasked with finding somewhere we could take dance lessons for our first dance. I did extensive research and had multiple conversations with numerous companies. After corresponding with Amanda, only once, I knew that she was the perfect person to choreograph my wife and I's first dance.
Needless to say, I couldn't have chosen better! She not only made us feel comfortable and confident but she also made learning our first dance so much fun to the point where both my wife and I would look forward to our classes. Amanda was extremely thoughtful with the choreography and made sure that it was personalized for the song we had picked out. She was extremely flexible with her scheduling and was always quick to respond with any questions or to check in the week prior to the wedding to see how we were doing.

“If I could give Amanda 100 stars, I would!!! Learning our first dance from Amanda was definitely one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. Like most aspects of my wedding, I procrastinated hiring a choreographer so when I reached out to Amanda about a month before our wedding, I was absolutely thrilled when she told us she could squeeze us in. The lessons were absolutely fantastic. We had so much fun in our two lessons that we added an extra lesson less than a week before our wedding. We just had soo much fun that I seriously did not want our lessons to end. Learning some key dance moves also enhanced our wedding. I think we "dipped" about 20 times during our wedding (including the first kiss) and twirled about a thousand times. She also gave us the confidence to absolutely nail our first dance. I seriously can't recommend Amanda enough. I wish we could have another wedding just to keep learning dances from her. SHE IS THE BEST!!”

“My husband and I are not very confident dancers so we knew we wanted help with our first dance for our wedding last month. When deciding where to go for lessons, we knew we didn't want something too ballroomy and rigid. That was where Amanda came in! She helped us learn basic moves as well as a routine. She gave us great feedback on our form as well as practical advice on the logistics of wedding day (something you probably won't get elsewhere). She videoed us during the different stages of our lessons so we could see progress!
When we shared our experience with our family, both sets of our parents wanted to have lessons of their own to prep for wedding day! She was the brains behind our mother-son and father-daughter dances. My parents enjoyed their time with Amanda so much that they actually did lessons with Amanda on their own too!

“Wow! Hard to even know where to begin with my kudos. When my daughter and I decided we wanted to do something special for our father/daughter dance at her wedding, we reached out to Amanda after simply finding her on the web. And what a find! Amanda has all the skill in the world but more importantly she has a passion and an ability to teach and motivate. Amanda helped us from step 1, literally and I could not have imagine doing this without her help. This is coming from a 55 yr old man who has the dance moves of, well, a 55 yr old white male. Our dance was a huge hit. Unbeknownst to anyone, the most intimate moment we had was the evening before the wedding when my daughter and I walked over to the venue where the reception was to be held and rehearsed one last time under the party lights.
